AOYAGI (H.K.) Ltd.was established in Hong Kong in 1986, and underwent restructuring in 2002 to become a patent/trademark ownership company and company holding business.
AOYAGI Electronic Industrial Ltd. (fully owned by AOYAGI (H.K.) Ltd) was established in Hong Kong in 2002, for the OEM & ODM electronic business sector.
AOYAGI Nekken Denshi (Shenzhen) Ltd. (fully owned by AOYAGI (H.K.) Ltd), with a capital of HK$40M, was established in Shenzhen, PRC, in 2004 for the green manufacturing and domestic business sectors.
AOYAGI Electronic Technology (C.Q.) Ltd. (fully owned by AOYAGI RMZ Ltd) was established in Chong Qing, PRC in 2011 for the electronics and wireless communication product design and development business sector.
