 What is Far Infrared Rays?

  Non-visible far infrared rays have a wave length of between 3.0 and 400μm, between the Near Infrared Ray and Micro Wave   frequency ranges. Wavelengths between 3 and 24μm are good for human bodies.

  This advanced technology generates heat that vitalises water molecules through "resonance-absorption".

  Since human beings contain 70% water, these wavelengths can stimulate blood circulation to improve the immunity and   metabolism of the human body.

 
 

 Heater Type

   

RC Heater – Ceramic Series

RC employs ceramics as an insulation material. It can be applied to plate or cylinder ceramics. Its advantages are easy processing, safety, extended durability and high temperature concentration. The highest temperature produced is 1200°C. The power-heat efficiency is approximately 30% better than standard heaters. It is suitable for high temperature heaters.
 

RW Heater-Wire Series

RW is composed of carbon fibre. It is soft and flexible. There are four insulation materials for different application temperatures. For glass fibre, the highest temperature is 500°C; for Teflon and silicone, the highest temperature is 200°C; for PVC, the highest temperature is 90°C, which is suitable for warmers and warming devices. The power-heat efficiency is more than 30% better than standard Ni/Cr heating wire.
 

RS Heater-Sheet type

RS employs Teflon as an insulation material. It is soft and flexible. The sheet planer shape can be widely applied to plates, tubes and pipes. The highest available temperature, 200°C, is suitable for warmers and warming devices. The power-heat efficiency is approximately 30% better than standard heaters. The low voltage and power consumption is suitable for small portable heating devices.
